Claudia Winkleman Style From The Traitors Season 3

Clowns, dolls & the ramped-up gothic, grungy, Rock ’n’ Roll style of Claudia Winkleman.

Has Season 3 of Traitors got you hooked?

Season 3 of The Traitors is in full swing, and I am absolutely hooked! It certainly feels as though Claudia Winkleman and her stylist, Sinead McKeefry, seem to have taken last year’s Traitor’s style and given it one hell of a boost. It’s all become a little darker than previous seasons (those clowns through the creepy doors were giving me horror vibes!) and so too has the incredible styling of Claudia Winkleman- I am loving it!

Her stylist, Sinead McKeefry, decided that this year she would “ramp up the grungy, gothic edge based on what everybody loved last time – namely that smiley-face Kapital jumper with the Brora kilt and Doc Marten boots – and pushing the boundaries”. Well she certainly has! Every episode has me gripped for the next challenge (the doll one I watched last night nearly finished me off, unbelievably creepy) the next twist and, perhaps most importantly, just what will Claudia wear next?

Claudia’s style always has an essence of the country chic aesthetic (great inspo for my Lake District looks at Easter), but according to all the articles I’ve read around this year’s Traitor’s styling, Primal Scream’s frontman Bobby Gillespie was added into her look books. The dramatic round table scenes give Sinead the chance to ramp up the ‘dark romantic drama’, and use more structured fabrics, like lace & velvet.

I’ve put together 4 looks, influenced by Sinead & Claudia, but with a slightly softer more wearable edge; feeling a little more school-run / lunch out /meeting friends friendly than looking for graves & coming face to face with hideous clowns.
