Wardrobe Edits can be therapy .... only 4 hours with the potential to change your life, count me in!

A wardrobe Edit / clearout is SO MUCH more than just clothes - it’s about letting go of past YOU and ALL ABOUT future selves & dressing for the life you are now living in now, your new life!

It can become an assessment of the life you had led & looking at the life you now lead - maybe you dressed for that ambitious career, for the social life you “used” to have (anyone panicking don’t worry it hasn’t gone just different now, maybe even better), or you were on the dating scene. Maybe now you are more “school-run mum”, working from home more, have events to dress for or or have that career you’ve worked so bloody hard for & now want to dress more as The Boss ....

Often the hardest choices in a wardrobe edit are ....”will i really regret donating the boot-cut jeans that haven’t fit since 2011” but we can make that choice together & you get to reap the enormous benefits!

Wardrobe Edits can become their own therapy, it is confronting what’s hiding in there, what story it tells about you and how it may no longer serve you or the lifestyle you are in NOW. It’s great fun too!

Ask yourself, “Did these clothes represent the real life we were yearning for?” Mine certainly weren’t throughout my 20’s - a decade where I never felt good enough / thin enough / pretty enough whereas now I dress for the Mum role, the Personal Stylist role & everything in between by carving out my own style & enjoying rolling with it!

Saying goodbye to the clothes that accompanied us through those previous lives is part of an amazing process / style journey to starting over & re-creating the YOU you want to be right now.

I’ve certainly had clients experience this “outgrowing” the person they had worked so hard to become & now thrive in the new and stylish Boss lady vibe! Or had the stressful career in London and now enjoy the smart / casual mix of working for themselves in between doing the school / dancing / swimming run (that’s me then).

What are you happiest in? Let’s find out, because self confidence & being happy should be a given to us all right?
